Sold as a small bunch because that is how they look best. The buds arrive closed and furred, and open over two or three days into tissue-thin white and butter yellow.
Looking after them
- Trim two centimetres off each stem at an angle before they go in water.
- Change the water every other day and keep them out of direct sun.
- Take out anything that goes over so the rest last longer.
